So despite the stupid doctor telling me I was *only* allowed to do brisk walking and me fully intending to ignore her, walking is working out alright.
I walked at run group last night, and then this morning Gus met me at our place and we did a walk around East Albury. I think we walked for about 45 minutes, and despite a bit of nausea at the start – which disappeared when I finished my raisin toast I was fine. Home to eat brekkie and then I walked to work. AND I walked home tonight.
Lots of walking. But it was actually really good. I was heaps better today, felt more awake and had a full and productive day at work. Unlike yesterday when the man dropped me at work and the nausea was awful all morning.
Isn’t exercise amazing?
